Very cozy hotel in the middle of Belgrade city center, on top of a large mall, with walking distance to everything and nice view. Rooms are very well soundproofed and comfortable to stay in. Their breakfast is amazing. Their restaurant is otherwise so-so, but you have so many good options close by anyways. Their gym is quite nice, a bit hidden so nobody seems to use it.
They close the main entrance when the mall closes, so you have to use a separate hidden elevator to get in after that, which can be a bit tricky to find. But the staff will help you find it if you ask!

The location is excellent. The bar the rooftop bar and the restaurant are great. You get to see a lot of the local locals because they come and spend time at this hotel there were always parties and music. Fortunately, the music would go down around 11 o’clock. The location is excellent because it’s located in a commercial center and everything is there if you needed it. It is also right off the pedestrian street.
Nothing.

The staff were very friendly and all spoke very understandable English. My room had a scenic view of Victory Park and I had a very good breakfast every morning.
There were no real problems with the stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Also, the reception staff is great – a special thanks to Lucas and George who were really nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Housekeeping needs significant improvement. For several days, our cups weren't washed, and the body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper were not refilled. We complained to the reception, but our requests were ignored. Only after we asked for a third time did they finally come to replace the cups and bring soap and toilet paper. Furthermore, our room was only cleaned properly on our very last day. It's a shame we had to chase the staff and ask three times for basic room maintenance.
