Very lively and vibrant, stuff amazing, central location and breakfast surprisingly tasty 😊
Rooms quite basic and central ventilation was not able to be switched off (this could be issue for those who need silence when sleep)

Exceptional experience. Great staff and nice hotel amenities, I highly recommend to travelers that want a centrally located hotel, kind staff, and a fantastic rooftop (& music scene). Aleksandar from the front desk was also a great host, professional, and helped me and my friends.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Also, the reception staff is great – a special thanks to Lucas and George who were really nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Housekeeping needs significant improvement. For several days, our cups weren't washed, and the body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper were not refilled. We complained to the reception, but our requests were ignored. Only after we asked for a third time did they finally come to replace the cups and bring soap and toilet paper. Furthermore, our room was only cleaned properly on our very last day. It's a shame we had to chase the staff and ask three times for basic room maintenance.
