-Beautiful location in the forest, very peaceful and quiet
-Nice indoor pool- we were also very lucky to stay right next to it
-pretty lounge area with a kids play corner
-Very family and pet friendly in general, with a small outdoor playground and tennis court
-Nice cafe/restaurant with plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting
-Good breakfast variety
-Very friendly staff, especially Dragan was extremely kind!
-The rooms are cozy, but could use a remodeling
-Large beds but not so comfortable mattresses -felt old/used
-No mini fridge (for families with little kids its handy)
-Overpriced dinner- there was a buffet weekend when we visited, which offered quite some options but nothing exceptional

The hotel is nice and very welcoming for children.
The food at the restaurant is low quality and very expensive. On buffet night it is not allowed to order à la carte. Besides that, there was a lot of broken glass and it was super dirty under the banks.

the rooms were spacious. Lovely breakfast buffet and for the children. Staff very friendly.
We paid nearly 300 euros a night for 2 x nights for a family suite. The room smelt like their had been a dog staying in it. A fridge in the room could have been useful to store water/milk for the children. When we asked staff where the childrens playground was (says on your site page that there is a childrens playground in the grounds of the hotel) we were told by a staff member that there wasn't an outdoor childrens play area, just an indoor play area. We found the tennis courts but nothing for young children.

I’ve stayed here MANY times over the last ten years .
Wow !
Despite sitting here many times over the last ten years ? How rude are the staff in the restaurant.
Had to ask three times for service and WHAT a carry on asking them to call me a taxi
Ignored the previous evening and left with the stress of missing my flight : not at all how it used to be
