Scegliete altro per qualcosina in più!

Ci è piaciuta la posizione, la fermata del tram collegata più o meno a tutto era praticamente sotto l’hotel.

La camera era piccolissima, impossibile stare in bagno chiudendo la minuscola porta che lo separa dal letto. Pensavamo fosse più sporca di quello che era date le recensioni, nel complesso era piena di polvere ma per lo meno le lenzuola erano pulite e la camera veniva sistemata quotidianamente. Abbiamo trovato davvero POCO CARINO il fatto che in hotel ci fosse una macchinetta del caffè con un fantomatico listino prezzi, 3 volte su 4 il caffè ci è stato offerto GRATUITAMENTE in quanto ospiti dell’hotel, una delle tre un uomo alla reception mi ha chiesto di pagare e SOLO IN CONTANTI, come mai?

Clean, comfortable, and a decent location, but small with few amenities.

Location was good and the room was comfortable.

Expensive for what you got. Room was very small. A fairly long walk to where I wanted to go.

Very friendly staff, clean bed, quiet, safe, secure, 24 hour desk

it was spacious, everything you need ! bed was comfy and clean ! so all was good:)

was a little bit far from the center and was also under construction making it a little difficult to find

Amsterdam Trip

Good location. Easy to find. Used tram 14 from central station. Staff friendly on arrival. Stayed in room 22. Superior twin at front of building. Comfy beds. Good sized room. Good storage. Very clean. Plenty of plug sockets. Great bath and shower. Plenty of mirrors. Towels changed each day and extra loo roll, shampoo and soap left.

The stairs are very narrow due to design of building but we used the lift so no problem. Didnt have tea n coffee refilled after 1st day. Noise from construction work outside and trams but not fault of hotel.

Perfect comfortable base for 3 nights

perfect little hotel for a 3 night stay - Less than 20 min walk to Dam square / city centre, really nice area bars and restaurants close by staff were lovely - great value

A good place for a short trip to Amsterdam

Proximity to Amsterdam centre. You have tram no 14 just in front of the hotel. Across the street there are many nice restaurants and cafes and the hotel offer 15% at one of the cafes. The size of the room is good.

It can be noisy as the windows are not sound proof, especially when your windows are facing the tram line and main street. A bit cold in the night as the main heating is done via air conditioning.

Poor

Comfortable beds.

We were unable to check in at the organised time because the cleaner had not finished. When we arrived back at 9pm and went into the room we found it had weed on the bedside, cigarettes and hairs in the bed. When I told staff of the mess, I was given a spray bottle and clean sheets to fix it myself. We were really unhappy with the quality of the stay for the money that we paid.

Room is really clean and bed is veerry comfortable. Love my room !

It is a bit far from city center ( 30 min by walk from central station) But If you prefer public transportation, you can make it easier :) (14 number)

The second time I would probably pay extra and use another accommodation, currently the building next door is undergoing

I liked the location of the accommodation

The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable, the bed was old. The stairs looked very dangerous, so I only used the elevator. We had hair in the bed, we didn't get small towels after cleaning the housekeeper

Good for a budget but there are things to be aware of

Location was great, right on the tramline, 10 minute walk to the red light district and 20 minute walk to the center but still quiet with a small selection amazing cafes and restaurants around.

Initially we were very rudely greeted by one of the member of staff who seemed very reluctant to have our booked room ready for us on time. We arrived at 10am and this man wanted us to not come back until after midnight and rolled his eyes at us for wanting our room ready at the given time on the booking.com website. This was thankfully remedied by the second receptionist that worked for the remainder of our stay who was very helpful and kind. Although the bathroom and bed linen was clean, the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Piles of dust in the corners, hairs and debris from other occupants and some of the towels were stained and torn.

the bathroom was bit little but we spent the most of the time out side, so we didn't care.

It's a cozy and clean place, and is right next to a tram station for better or for worse There is an elevator, and the staff are nice

There were guests who made a lot of noise early in the morning and woke me up

Nothing.

You can freeze to death !! The hotel deliberetly cancel the heating in the rooms. It was so cold that i could not sleep and had headache. Even after I complained about the cold they put in my room a small portable radiator the didnt heat.
