Location was great, having the bar downstairs was a plus for happy hour drinks and morning breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
One negative was clogged shower drain that quickly overflowed the shower pan during a short shower.

Breakfast not included. My room was cheap but very big and the location is incredibly central. Couldn’t be improved from that perspective
I didn’t feel very safe with my room being right next to an unlocked entrance. As a solo female traveller I would have appreciated more security

Great location, right out of the tunnel as you exit the train station to the right as said. You couldn't ask for a better location in terns of access to everything and upon arrival, its right next to the center of everything.
Note also the stairs are tight and steep and there is no elevator so if you have an elderly person in your party maybe consider that too.
The location is right above a restaurant that plays loud music till about 10 or 11pm, and the restaurant starts getting ready for the day really early (seemed like before 7am and if you're a light sleeper id ask to get placed on a higher floor. We slept through it for the most part but and was with my 81 year old mother and she didn't think it was that disruptive but it wasn't as "peaceful" in the margins of the day as it could've been.
