Location was really really ideal and the hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the sights.
The shower was okay, although it could have been better. The AC was not working in all of the rooms.
Unfortunately, our stay got off to a disappointing start. When we checked in, the staff member told us that we had been allocated one triple room, one double room and one single room, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for one triple room and two double rooms.
Even after showing our booking confirmation at the desk, the staff member was quite dismissive and simply told us that there was nothing he could do and that we should contact Booking.com, as there may have been a miscommunication. This was frustrating and upsetting, particularly as we had clear confirmation of what we had booked.
Thankfully, he eventually came around and was helpful and provided us with the second double room that we had paid for. The room itself was okay, but the initial interaction left a negative impression and was not a good start to our stay.

We were placed road side so it was a bit noisy, but earplugs sorted that out.

Location was good. It was clean but sterile not much character. Staff average.
I opted for breakfast which was average, but notably it was the worst cutlery set ever, the fork was no bigger than the teaspoon and the set was made from pressed tin absolutely the worst implements ever. I got better at school camp 50 years ago. The bamboo fork from a take away shop would have been better. SO what i showed was a total lack of any style or class and the budget was paramount..
Bed was on the harder side. Which hints at budget control, not guest comfort.
