Easy to find and within short walk of main sights. Comfy bed, great shower and helpful reception staff with free luggage storage. Small fridge in room but had to get drinks from the communal courtyard area. Near to bars and restaurants but generally a quiet area.
Lack of kettle, tea, coffee in the room was a very minor issue

The location is great but that's about the only thing that's great.
We had notified the hotel of our arrival time well in advance but the room was not ready. We returned after check-in time and it still wasn't ready. When we asked when it would be ready they said they didn't know. We had to take a lesser ground floor room. Rooms felt dingy. Lots of noise from the lobby.

"It was a very nice stay for us. The room was not very big, but it was enough for us. It was clean, and I liked how the hotel looked. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The hotel is close to the city ..."
