Situated in Pacific Grove, this attractive house for $846 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. CLOSEST LOCATION to Lover’s Point: the beach is directly across the street. Park your car - you won’t need it. This beach home has everything you need for a perfect vacation with fun things to do seconds away! (And if you're coming for Concours week,you'll have the best view of the classic cars.) Sheltered white sandy beaches, swimming, surfing, diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking (no need to bring your own - rent across the street). Volleyball court, seasonal kiddie pool, a café, beachside grill and a great restaurant surrounded by a park. Minutes to Cannery Row, Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf for dining, shopping, whale watching and fishing excursions. Three blocks away: downtown Pacific Grove, Farmers Market, shops, restaurants, and galleries. Nearby: world class golf, scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel and Big Sur. FEATURES: The large, elevated deck has ocean views, a bistro table with a built-in fire pit and seating for six (barbecue in back). The main living area has comfy leather recliner sofas, a bay view windowseat and table for evening games, a den with a sectional and a jumbo TV, and a separate dining area. With so many restaurants and cafes in walking distance you may never cook, but the kitchen is a delight with painted cabinetry, seafoam quartz countertops, a JennAir four burner gas range, and a corner breakfast nook. There are three guest rooms with quality King beds, one downstairs and two upstairs. The second guest room on the upper level has a TV, memory foam electric controlled bed, and an ocean view. The spacious master has an upholstered headboard, TV, and a bistro table in the corner with views. There are two baths: the lower has a stall shower; the upper has a clawfoot tub/shower. PARKING: Single car garage fits sedan or compact cars and SOME SUVs depending on height (check top and bottom clearance - use at your own risk). Staying at the Whitehouse was wonderful. The pictures on the website are true to how beautiful the home is. The outdoor space with comfortable seating and firepit was our favorite. Kitchen had everything we needed. The view was awesome! We had no problems at all. We had a small SUV that fit in the garage and that was nice. We will stay again!

This house was absolutely perfect! We stayed with our young adult children, and had such an amazing time! Enough space for everyone, super comfortable and perfectly equipped. Easy walk to the aquarium and Cannery Row. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come again!

Stayed at the White House for a 2024 planning conference. One of the very best places I have ever stayed. Tons of seating for meals. King beds in all rooms. Absolutely beautiful view. One big beautiful package. Very small garage but we didn't use it anyway. Host was amazing and the process was seamless. Photos are all they reflect. Thanks so much for accommodating us. We will definitely be back!!!

The house is right across from the beach and we got the best weather of the year!!!
Crazy busy during the day but so much fun watching the action from the deck.
However, at night, very quiet and still fun to sit out on the deck.

The house was the perfect spot for our short weekend getaway to Pacific Grove. The immaculate house was exactly as shown and described in the listing. It makes a great base for exploring Monterey, Carmel and Pacific Grove. We'll definitely stay here again!

This property was just what I’d hoped for—3 generations and it was perfect in size and location. The teenagers had plenty to do right out the door. The weather was just right and we made use of the deck table and gas fireplace every night.

Great location with lots of room to spread out. Great view sitting in the living room and in the game nook. We did not cook there, but there seemed to be all the necessary pots and pans and the kitchen looked new. Plenty of fridge space too. We walked to several eating establishments. We mostly used the free parking lot across the street to park overnight but there is a garage. Several deer meandered in the streets in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at the White House at lovers point every morning walked along beach ,had coffee and light breakfast at Cafe at lovers point ,walked downtown to shop and Peppers for lunch ,Beach house for dinner ,every night especially enjoyed the fire pit and view ! Home was very clean ,beds so comfortable,and perfect stay for families we will definitely will be booking for another stay !

My wife and I love Pacific Grove and this house was perfect. We could walk to the Beach House restaurant, downtown Pacific Grove, and take a nice walk along the coastline. Would highly recommend!

We loved this house. It had lots of cozy space that was perfect for our small family of 3 and to host friends for an early New Years Eve dinner (we rang in the new year at 6p PST). The house was well stocked. We cooked, we grilled, we showered, we watched TV, we sat in the front window space and pondered existence.
The cafe out the front door supplied us with morning pastries & lattes and restaurants a couple blocks away fed us take out the other nights.
The window coverings are great. The TV was easy to operate. The decor was nice. Everything was very kid-friendly.
A few small notes for future guests:
The 1 ply toilet paper that was stocked was not great.
There was no recycling bin on site.
There were no emergency supplies (candles, flashlights, matches) for when the power went out for 12 hours on our last night.

We really enjoyed our stay in Monterey and hope to go again. The property was lovely and in an absolutely fabulous location. We walked to the Aquarium. We walked to the butterfly sanctuary. We walked to downtown. All easy, pleasant walks. The property was just as advertised with three big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, dining area, and two seating areas. Nice view out the front windows, too! It was too cold to use the deck, but that looked like it would be fun in better weather.

Spent five days—our second time renting this house—my wife, my son, my daughter-in-law, my 3 year old grandson, and myself. Fabulous location: walk to the aquarium with Carmel and Pacific Grove for lunch and dinner. Wonderful walks with waves breaking on the rocks. Excellent seaside charm and comfort.

Absolutely love this home! This super spectacular home is the best scenic location in Pacific Grove. We rented this home for our bride and bridesmaids to stay at for our daughter’s wedding at Lover’s Point. Everything was beautiful and updated and clean and comfortable! The views from front deck are wonderful and it was a great to take photos at. Thank you for a great stay!

The home was perfect for the six of us adults. We prepared large dinners in the spacious kitchen each night then gathered around the beautiful dining table. The kitchen appliances are high quality with plenty of storage in cabinets and pantry. The home is designed with multiple areas to so we never felt like we were crowded. We played cards on the table in a nook overlooking Lovers Point when it was raining and spent many many hours on the beautiful Trex front deck around a counter height fire pit table watching the activities around Lovers Point, whales and an incredible show of the migration of sea lions coming from the Channel Islands. We walked in every direction, up to the downtown area thru the shops, down the paths along the ocean. Excellent location. Three comfortable king beds with great pillows. 2 Large walk in closets, dressers and an armoire in 3rd bedroom provided plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Small garage under deck fit Acura RDX, anything larger probable should park on the street. We had 2 additional SUVs Street side with no problem. Excellent vacation. Hoping this will be a yearly trip for our family.

The White House is fantastic with regard to location, view, furnishings, amenities and comfort. My wife and I lived in Monterey for 3 years many years ago and wanted to bring our chilren, who were less than 4 then, and their spouses back for a visit. Boy were they impressed! The 6 of us could not be more pleased with our stay at The White House in Pacific Grove!

My family loved our stay at this property. The house is directly across Lover's Point beach in Pacific Grove. Great view from the front deck overlooking the water and we loved the outdoor fire pit, which was welcome when it got cool at night. Perfect location, close walking distance to restaurants and downtown. We enjoyed the biking/running walking path that extends from the property to downtown and the wharf. Recommended for families.

We loved staying at the White House is PG!!! The house is absolutely charming, and in an excellent location. We stayed there with our two kids, 10 and 7, and it was perfect for our family. The house had a great kitchen and was well supplied. Everything was clean and fresh! We all enjoyed watching all the beach action, and the deck in front was wonderful! We could see the ocean all times of the day, and loved being right across the street from the beach. Perfect for tide-pooling! If we return to PG (and I hope we do), we would stay in the White House again!

The property has been recently renovated, it looked like, and with high quality of finishes. Kyle was quick to respond to any issues we reported and fixed things immediately- it was the best dealings with a property manager I have ever had. The house was roomy for the 4 of us, full of light from lots of windows, and located within walking distance of Monterey, Asilomar, Pacific Grove and within a short drive to Carmel and the 17 mile drive. We were there the end of March so the weather was typical - clouds/fog in the mornings and evenings and sunnier in the middle of the day. A nano vest or light jacket was all we needed, though remember the wind off the water can chill you. We did not use the deck because by 4 it was too cool to sit out in the breeze, but hiking was terrific on the shore trail, state parks and beaches. We would all recommend it highly.
