Enjoy surfcasting and drive on beach with your 4x4 at Smith's Point, boating or kayaking via the harbor, and much more. Millie's! Seconds to the bike path and shuttle bus to access downtown and the island. Miles of conservation land for walks/recreation. Madaket Beach is about a hundred yards and accessed via a private pathway in the back of the home. Enjoy magnificent days at the beach with zero fuss. Come back to the house for a pit stop, lunch break, etc. Forgot something? No worries, it's a 3 minute round trip and you're back basking in ocean splendor. If you're adventurous, bring a 4x4 and purchase a beach pass so you can do off-roading , fishing, and sightseeing via Smith Point. Madaket Beach and Smith Point have the undisputed best sunsets in Nantucket, bring your cameras/phones! MAIN HOUSE - "Crazy Love": Upside down house a stone's throw from Madaket Beach! The spectacular second floor living space includes a wraparound deck to take advantage of dramatic ocean views in all directions. The second floor’s open living concept connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor deck spaces. Take particular note of the dining room table next to large all-glass bi-fold door accessing the upper level deck for spectacular views and exceptional indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc.), marble kitchen island seating, and more. The living room boasts large flat screen TV, surround sound entertainment system, and wet bar. Main house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: Large Master Suite with a king bed and en suite private bath (soaking tub and shower) and direct access to outdoor shower. First guest room has a queen bed (ocean views!), private en suite full bath, and access to wrap around deck. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a single twin. Overflow sleeping on pullout couch in basement. First floor porch has a wraparound deck that offers a hub for activity. Outdoor furniture, porch swing, and access to lawn and ocean views make this perfect for memories with family and friends. BUNK HOUSE - "Always On My Mind": There is something that can't quite fit into words about the magic of the bunk house. It oozes beachy vibes and there's a certain romance to spending time in this gorgeous space. Room for two in the queen bed in the loft and a family could have a child or two stay downstairs in the pullout couch. Flat screen TV, dining room table, fridge, etc. ensure creature comforts are well tended. The large barn doors open wide to welcome in views of the beach and coastal air. The outdoor half bath is cute, while rinsing in the bespoke outdoor shower under the stars or after a beach day is divine.

We had a wonderful winter holiday at this beautiful home. The sunsets from the deck were spectacular and the beach was just a stone’s throw from the house. JP was such a gracious host, and we felt right at home. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this beautiful home in Madaket and didn't want to leave! The home offers so many amenities, you will feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the panoramic deck with ocean views, outdoor shower, sleeping in comfortable beds, walking to the beach, and Millie's restaurant. JP was an excellent host who was nice, responsive and even went out of his way to provide recommendations. I highly recommend booking this house, you won't be disappointed!

We had the perfect week on Nantucket! The house exceeded our expectations. We had 3 teenagers with us and they didn’t want to leave. None of us did! JP was a perfect host and answered all questions promptly and was so easy to work with and great with recommendations. We already plan to go back!

This home is warm and inviting and we thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay this Spring. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, the beds are comfortable and the living space upstairs is light and airy. We witnessed the most spectacular sunsets from the panoramic deck. This home is just steps away from the beach and you can hear the crashing waves. PJ is a great host who cares about his guests. He is always available to assist and communication is thorough and easy. Definitely an island home that allows you to relax, regroup and unwind.

We had such an incredible week at this gorgeous home in Madaket! The house is perfectly laid out with ocean views all around and a wrap-around deck (our pup LOVED this!) that offers a fantastic indoor/outdoor living oasis. Not to mention you're right next door to Millie's restaurant (an amazing spot for Mexican food + epic sunset views). For us, this house was the perfect location about 10-15 minutes outside town (so very much still accessible to all that town has to offer) but it felt like a real escape next to the ocean (about ~50 yds from Madaket beach!) that we were really craving. JP was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations during our stay as well! I can't recommend this house enough - we can't wait to return next year!

We have been staying in Madaket for over 6 years and this property was by far the best. Location cannot be beat, with Millie's next door (including the Market) you have one of the best restaurants on the Island within walking distance. The beach is out the back door and a short walk gets you there without worrying about parking, etc. The house is clean and comes with many amenities that makes you feel right at home, air conditioning a plus, adequate bathrooms for everyone, large table for family sit-downs and full kitchen to prepare those meals. The outdoor decks, upper and lower are beyond description. You have close to 225 degree views of the water from the upper deck, Madakey Harbor, Hither Creek and the Atlantic Ocean. We recommend the house, as long as its not when we want to return ;-) Chris & Joanne

We enjoyed our stay in Madaket very much. It was so only a 30 second walk to a really fun restaurant and a shuttle that takes you into town. The best part was the short walk to the beach and watching the sunsets. Our property manager was really helpful always available. I highly recommend!

Great spot right next to Millie's and Madaket beach. A beautiful space with great views of the ocean/sunset from the upper porch. Modern kitchen and great tvs set up for roku/movie watching at night. JP (the owner/operator) was super responsive and available for any questions/needs. Will definitely come back!
