This is a beautiful hotel. Clean. Safe. Good location. I would return.
The best part of my stay was a young woman, Egle who helped me figure out transportation out of Vilnius via train then bus. I went on to Kaunas, Klaipeda and back to Riga. She was so helpful and saved me a lot of money & time.
I stayed in a room in the front of the building and it was a little noisy. And, for such an elegant hotel I thought the breakfast was a little underwhelming.

The room was lovely and the balcony much nicer than the photos would suggest. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. Location was excellent.
Nothing, we had a small problem with our room during the stay but the staff were really helpful in resolving it. We would stay here again.

Property in a really good location
Easy walk to train and bus station and also writhing minutes of everything else
We did the whole ask of not using room cleaning and didn’t get our free local gift , I think it was honey

Very good location. Nice room with comfortable beds and good decoration.
Limited range of toiletries. Hotel appeared to be poorly staffed on reception during the day and at breakfast. Limited housekeeping for the rooms although quick response to requests made. Major problems with breakfast on the third morning as the buffet was not replenished even with basic items and crockery. We were told by the hotel that the breakfast is run by a separate company so not their problem.
