Easy walk to centre
Staff very helpful when our flights were cancelled especially as had 4 rooms booked.
Housekeeping a bit hit and miss. Needed to ask several times.
Swimming pool unable to do lengths even when going at quiet time. Asked to stop which we did but others allowed when challenged why others. It being asked to stop ignored by staff.

I loved the pools, the views. The breakfast. The towels
I think there needed to be a more central small playground next to the babies pool. I also think that the kids club was no use for us as we couldn't stay with out kids. I think you should have an boutique indoor play area where parents can hang out with kids away from the heat.

outdated rooms and common areas, ancient AC units which do not dry the room enough, 100% humidity and moisture smell in the room. in checkout lady forced me to wait 10+ min while their were checking mini bar, despite they have my deposit. service is nowhere close to a 400+ euro/night
