The location, the facilities. Everything was amazing!
The staff at the Mediterranean restaurant weren’t nice. We wanted to sit at the restaurant, we came from outside of the hotel and it was so hot, no AC at the restaurant but we sat anyways. We wanted to have some water first, they told us that its only if we buy a bottle of mineral water because they “don’t do tap water”. It’s a bit odd they can’t provide water when the restaurant is that expensive

Good location , nice facilities , excellent buffet breakfast , lovely room and bathroom
Housekeeping was a bit lax , went out for a whole day and when I returned room hadn’t been made up . When I queried it , I was told my room wasn’t on the list !!!
Some staff ought to be a bit more cheerful as their general disposition is rather surly
