Simply wonderful!! The hotel has a romantic sophistication and chilled vibe. Very comfortable with cool external areas both to sit and have coffee or dinner aswell as lie in shade advising the amazing view. Staff were exceptional in every way… Breakfast was superb with beautiful surroundings to enjoy it in.
Thanks to staff at Doria Park… we really appreciated your helpfulness.
Absolutely nothing… if you struggle with steps, I would not recommend this hotel though.

It was perfectly located; Very near the city/town centre, but still a little uphill so you had the most fantastic view every morning eating breakfast.
If you don’t know the walkway (shortcut) from the town plaza, you are in for a sweaty hike. I would have loved to get information about the easy walkway to the hotel from the city centre on beforehand, since I didn’t have a car.

Location great.
Breakfast also more than ample with exceptional staff, working hard during busy breakfast service, so pleasant and efficient.
Also, Serge and his colleague were so helpful with all our luggage, so many steps!
Reception staff not at all helpful, not at all forthcoming apart from one Lady, Cristina, who went out of her way to help.
Lamps in one room broken when we are arrived, reported that, took 2days to replace, thank you Cristina.
Fridge broke down morning after our evening arrival, full of our fresh food, was very upset, however , fixed that same evening .
We stayed in the Casa Doria, a maisonette ,part of the hotel. A huge space but so badly designed....lots of transparent glass and steel, felt very insecure, unsafe, did not feel at all comfortable, would not recommend for older people, lots of obstacles for tripping up and bashing heads.
The Doria has fantastic views and car parking is a bonus in Lerici. However, I do not think the Casa Doria is good value for money, would not return here.
