Excellent location. Great staff. Good restaurant and food. Very clean.
For £250 a night we might have expected it to be a little more luxurious. Also a nice bar would be good say on the rooftop. The only bar was in Reception and pretty basic. Also the balconies could do with redecoration.

The location is perfect , with beautiful views and close enough to walk into town for a coffee or to enjoy one if the many restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable .
The air conditioning in the room was not easy to adjust .

Great location, extremely nice and helpful personnel.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was the least enjoyable part of our stay at the hotel. It was mediocre at best especially concerning the selection of cold cuts, cheese, etc. In our opinion an improvement would certainly be needed to meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
There were some issues with the maintenance of the building itself. In our suite, there were signs of a former water leak below the air-conditioning duct on the ceiling most likely originating from a faulty condense water drain. As we visited in early spring, the leak might have been there for a longer time. In addition, there were signs of water damage below the windows in an office which could be noticed while walking to the elevator from the main hall. Again, these issues do not reflect well on the status of a 4-star hotel.
