Bed was so comfortable, front staff were lovely, it was a nice warm clean modern room.

No sound proofing in the bedrooms, listened to the guy next door snoring all night, so left the TV on and nodded off.
The prices in the bar were comical double rum and ginger ale £18.50.
Glass of coke and a small Twix £6.50 this is a budget hotel in telford!
The pool and sauna area were completely over run, it was a child's play ground. I was advised to book a slot for 7.00pm when closing times. were at 8.15p. Again the staff were lovely however it looked manic, so I left and didn't return... I did book to use these facilities.

Location
Breakfast service was poor in that tables were slow to clear and we didn’t have a table for a while. The fruit was frozen. There was no decent TV channel in the room. The air con noise outside the room was loud. The water pressure in the shower was weak. We had a room for 3 but only 2 towels and cups etc.
