The hotel was in a convenient location got us. The room was generous and well maintained, Excellent King Sized bed. Close to the Newport Hotel and shops

Location excellent (we always stay there).
Parking. We were fortunate to get a park, but “subject to availability”, can be a bit of a gamble for guests.

Room was clean and comfortable
Is was advertised as breakfast included only to find out the cooked breakfast required payment and the continental breafast was inadequate.
