Jason and Debbie were excellent hosts they went above and beyond. The cakes when arrived and in the room the sausage rolls and the breakfast was fantastic. There local knowledge was fantastic and the nicest people ive ever met they make the kensington 5 star .
Our room was a bit on the small side but they can't do nothing about that and if that's the only issue it tells you how good this bed and breakfast is .

The location, the host's, the food, Wow! Friendliness, oh so good, nothing was missing. Try the home baked cakes. Michelin rated breakfast. Everything is spot on . Will be coming back.

The hosts Debbie & Jason were great and couldn’t do enough for us and knew all about Scarborough and places to go.
Unfortunately we booked a small room which was ok for two nights, the bigger rooms looked much better.
