Everything, the place is well placed for everything within walking distance. Fabulously clean and lots of lovely touches like fresh milk and a proper coffee machine. The hosts Mikael and Julie are amazing and such lovely people.

Great guest house, a lovely warm welcome. Garden and flowers beautiful. Our room was room1 the ground floor which was perfect and had everything we needed, fresh milk and biscuits much appreciated. Short walk into town and a great location to get down on the front and walked along the marine drive, we went to a show at the Scarborough market, which was 10:15 mins walk. Great Italian Gianni’s recommended by the hosts and great food - thanks so much. They even let us stay parked there for longer.

Julie and Mikael are wonderful host, very attentive, helpful and accommodating. The building is very well decorated and clean. Room and bathroom very nice, again clean. all the amenities you need for a guesthouse. Location is spot on, 10 mins walk max to all the best locations in Scarborough (castle, north beach, south beach, main high street). Would stay here again!
Only minor issue was the bed size for our circumstances, my wife is pregnant so had an assortment of pillows on the bed so left me with little room. But for a normal couple the bed size is adequate. But other than that, everything else was perfect.
