The view from the window and the size of the room
No wifi. Tv could have been set up to internet to be able to access the pther channels such as Tubi and iplayer. No wheél chair access to enter the hotel.

Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy
Technically situated on North Bay, it is a very pleasant coastal walk to South Bay with a gorgeous view of Scarborough Castle on the cliff edge.
A few minutes walk away is the main town centre with a very impressive array of shops, pubs and eateries.
Once out of the communal areas, the decor becomes a little tired and dated in places.
We had a budget twin room which again was dated, albeit clean.
The single lift could realistically use an upgrade so be prepared to potentially walk up 4 floors

Amazing young receptionist, Hazel. She went above and beyond to accommodate and help me. She's an exceptional lady. With all my love to Hazel and Boris ❤️
An older man on reception, when asked about the parking answered: I don't know, I don't drive (?!). Only on the morning of check out I noticed bed bugs on my bed (I took video), when reported to a young man on reception, his reaction was: ok. We will investigate. No apologies, no offers of refund, he just sat there, looked at me, as if nothing out of the ordinary. Apparently bed bugs are nothing to worry about in Delmont Hotel. Waiting for the results of their investigation 😅
