The Hotel was nicely decorated , good welcome area , Staff were all pleasant, bar and entertainment room
was nicely done out , plenty of seating area in restaurant , we only had the Breakfast , it was very good . The Bedroom was spacious , clean and tidy , we had a nice view over the Bay from our Window. The Hotel is in a good position with just a short walk down to the Sea Front ,
The only complaints we have are that The Buffet Breakfast wasn't kept topped up enough , we had to keep waiting , both days of our stays for more food to be brought out, which was a bit annoying. Bedroom was too hot and stuffy, even though we didn't have the radiators on , we couldn't open the window to let any fresh air in . There was only one small Lift working in the hotel , we was on the 3rd floor and used stairs most of the time, but when checking out with our bags and luggage we had to wait ages for lift , as every time it stopped it was already full, with other guests leaving.
