An attractive property in a convenient location. There is a well equipped communal kitchen with facilities to prepare meals plus crockery and utensils, and a pleasant adjacent dining area. The house is very nicely carpeted throughout with a comfortable and well furnished sitting room.
The double bedroom was a good size, tastefully furnished and very clean, with an en-suite bathroom/shower. Writing desk with chair, bedside table and another comfortable chair. Tea and coffee making facilities and a good size fridge were provided. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows.
There was a sitting area outside with local tourist information on display. The guest house has a well kept suburban garden to the rear with further seating where one could take breakfast in summer.
The coded entry system worked well. I checked in during the late afternoon, then returned quite late and was able to park and go straight to my room without fuss.
Nothing. The en-suite shower is quite small and the bathroom a little dated. But everything was very clean and perfectly serviceable.

Comfortable bedroom and great to have such a big and well stocked kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus that proved useful.
Having EV charging points was a real plus.
Great communication with Martin when there were issues with the TV in the bedroom and the lounge which were sorted quickly

Good Location to get to places. Charging point.
Shower wasn’t great, not powerful and dribbled out water. The tv remote needs replacing so kept having to get up and manually adjust channels/volume. Bed wasn’t too comfy. A little noisy.
