The Hotel was clean and fresh as it had just been newly decorated
The Bar / Waitstaff could have been better . After our starters arrived and eaten we asked that our meals be delayed ... we were told no , as prep was already underway. So the meal came out was ok not great.

Warm and cosy surroundings. Comfortable bed. Tasty food. Nice lobby area. Convenient access.
Room lighting could have been better. Bedside lamps not god enough for reading and had to have big light on which took away some of the atmosphere.

Very nice staff, very helpful and welcoming. The food was great, had Sunday lunch and breakfast, highly recommend! Beautifully decorated throughout, the bedroom was very spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy.
Can't think of anything negative to say, all good.

The coffee! Had horrid coffee to start with. When we asked for capuchino it came but was tepid! The breakfast itself was generous and good. Staff were charming and the room very comfortable and we slept very well. Thank you.
