I would say definitely great value for a 4-star hotel. We were upgraded which was nice. LOVED the pool and private beach. The views are beautiful, the bungalows are beautifully designed, you are surrounded by a green oasis and ocean views. It’s super calm and relaxing. Staff is super kind!! They organise cocktail nights, cooking classes etc. The restaurant at the hotel was great, we ended up staying for dinner a few nights as we loved the views, Thai food and how calm it was. You can take a kayak or paddle for free. There is also a ping pong and pool table. We really had a great timer here, highly recommend!
There are a few things that could be improved but these are small things, which I believe explains why they are a 4-star and not a 5-star hotel.
I would still give overall rating 9/10 because for the value you can’t find better, our stay was truly great.
Few details: loud construction around the pool one afternoon, dark hair in the shower, a bit dusty in some areas of the room. Room card didn’t work, I had to go back twice to the lobby (and the walk is quite a steep uphill). They don’t have the number to reception etc in the room so you don’t know what number to dial. I asked for restaurant recommendations but the person at the reception was only able to give me 1 restaurant that was 5 min by walk, the staff was not able to share any other recommendations, but I was able to find a great one on my own!! I would simply recommend them to have a list of restaurants to make it easy to share with guests.
The list seems long but once again we loved our stay and would go back, these are just small points to help the hotel improve.

We had the best time at Rocky’s! On arrival, we got upgraded to a pool access room which was lovely, comfortable and had a great ocean view. Throughout our stay, every staff member we interacted with was so incredibly lovely and attentive - from the dining room, to the bar, reception, housekeeping and spa. Food was lovely - we especially loved the Saturday Night BBQ on the beach complete with fire show. It’s definitely not to be missed. Totally thought there we got great value for money. It was quiet and relaxing by the pools and beach, great for couples. All in all, a pretty incredible holiday thanks to the team at Rocky’s.

Really nice staff and generous room sizes
The beach area although pleasant to look at was very rocky and not great for swimming . The pools were small and very heavily chlorinated, so be careful with clothing that gets wet and in the sun as will be bleached.
