We had an exceptional stay. The resort lies in a beautiful location right by the sea. The staff are super helpful. The front desk is always happy to help with everything, renting a moped through the hotel was super easy.
There is a lot of height difference and walking up to the reception can be a bit exhausting, but they have a golf cart shuttle on the resort that is happy to take you everywhere
I want to extend my special thanks to Jorr who did everything he could to make the stay as nice as possible and to the lady from the reception (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) that helped me by repairing my suitcase for me.

Super comfy bed & linens! Staff are immediately helpful & anticipate your needs. Stunning setting... and Leo the cat is charming!
Wish some of the villas were on the beach or had direct ocean beach access. The prices at the massage spa did not match the prices advertised for the spa/massage elsewhere on the property (eg, reception & booklet in rooms 500baht less than actual charges).

They compensated the room with no Air conditioner with the dinner coupon

No beach and they refused to provide shuttle to their sister hotel with a beach stating that you need to reserve 1 day in advance and the next day rejected again because we would not be able to return before our check out time
