The Location is perfect. Beautiful beach area and not as crowded as other areas. The water is shallow and very clean and you can swim very far out there. The hotel is beautiful, set up nicely, rooms are large and comfy and modern. The breakfast is pretty good, they have everything you need to get your day started right. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Not too much that I didn't like. One thing is the bar area by the beach could slightly be updated and cleaned up for a better presentation. The pool table was a lil beat up and so was the dart board. The balls were mismatched and there was no 8 ball. But, we made it work after a few drinks.
The sand around the sun loungers could be screeted/screened and cleaned up a bit. Seems like there is some inconsiderate patrons that leave their cig butts and trash behind.

Beautiful location on a quiet, sandy beach with clear, shallow water. Only 10 minutes in a taxi to Chaweng hub. Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Great little beach shack next door serving breakfast & lunch for around 120-150 bht.
I felt some parts of the hotel looked a bit neglected and they could have made the bar area much more appealing by having some nicer seating, cushions, table lights etc. It has such a beautiful view but no one was going there in the evening so there was no atmosphere. Good happy hour offers still didn't entice people there.

And older Thai style resort that I suppose is dated but still excellent !

The location and the beach are great.
The property is not well maintained. We had to request several repairs in the room like outlets and the phone. Also, a lot of bugs inside the room.
