Location was great , staff was excellent, I think the hotel is getting a bit tired, needs a renovation
I think the property needs some money on it , it was a bit tired, but I did enjoy our stay .

location very well located ,bar personnel very very nice, very nice beach and big room.
big problem with housekeeping. very very poor. in 19 days no real cleaning , no disinfection of sink sanitary or floor, just very quick . toilet problem every day and no real solution. the hotel policy needs to be changed. not very good breakfast , one toasted half broken for entire room. eggs one person and long time waiting.

Location near Central Samui
The entire place feels unloved and little rundown. Booked a two bedroom villa. It was not a two bedroom villa it was two separate villas that are not connected which is far from ideal when with children.
One of the villas was old and had gaps all around doors and open window access in bathroom. As a result there were always ants and mosquitos coming in (we had no food indoors)-and yes we did use the plug in mosquito device.
The breakfast was poor 2 of the 3 moorings with little selection and very little amounts left out despite there being more than a hour left of service. There were ants on serving spoons for Thai breakfast also. No cold milk available as it was left out of fridge too long. Only one very slow coffee machine available.
Airport transfer not included like a lot of other places-charge 400baht.
Overall we paid a LOT for 2 bedroom villa for last few nights of holiday and it was definitely not worth it.
