We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lamai and would highly recommend it. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our visit, always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
The main pool is located across a busy road from the hotel, but this was never an issue as there are always two attendants available to safely assist guests crossing throughout the day.
The food and drinks at the Edgewater Bar were excellent, and the daily happy hour from 4pm to 6pm was a great bonus. Our room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we were fortunate to have a pool-view room with a lovely balcony. I would definitely recommend choosing a pool-view room if available.
Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of options to suit all tastes. The quality and selection were excellent, and there was something different to enjoy each day.
The hotel's location is also very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven and a laundromat right beside the hotel, and everything you could need is just a short walk away.
Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. A fantastic hotel with excellent facilities, outstanding staff, and a great location.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent
Rather then provide a resort guide booklet. The resort want you to download an App.
Everyday they would send at least 10 advertisements on the App it was annoying and unnecessary.
The Edgewater restaurant was very average with poor food and poor service. Regularly we would have to go looking for staff to order a drink.
