The view was lovely and the staff were super sweet
It was a far from everything. There was some challenges with cleanliness in the rooms, with lots of bugs and dirty bedsheets

Nice property, maintained grounds, lovely pool & views. Best for families/couples who are happy to get grab/taxis.
It’s a 30-40min walk to anything - quicker along the beach in low tide. Staff weren’t very friendly. Villa is nice but hand towel, pillow case had stains, doona cover was ripped, furniture is falling apart at the seams. Didn’t appreciate that on payment it’s + VAT + 10% service charge so the price on menus/happy hour is not inclusive. These were sneaky charges & NOT mentioned anywhere. Then 3% credit card fee if you pay by card - might be standard in Thailand but by law where I’m from it’s 1.5%-1.9%
