Absolutely Amazing Stay!
All of the staff were amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. Kay on reception was particularly wonderful. She helped us book a trip we really wanted to do and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, making the day extra special for us.
The cleaners were fantastic too. They were so friendly and trustworthy that I never once worried about leaving money or belongings around. Even the security guard who works from 6pm–6am was lovely — we’ll genuinely miss seeing his smile every evening.
The villa itself was amazing. It was close enough to everything we needed while still being in a lovely, quiet location where we weren’t disturbed. The pool was fantastic, and we’ll definitely miss our evening swims!
But the biggest surprise was the bed! Never before have we left somewhere saying we’re actually going to miss the bed. We’ve stayed in 5-star hotels where the beds weren’t anywhere near as comfortable as the one at Chuz Villas. After four weeks, the incredibly comfortable bed made such a difference and really added to our enjoyment of the whole stay.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff, the villa, the location and those amazing beds made our four-week stay truly special. We’ll be very sad to leave and would absolutely love to return! ❤️
A Small Suggestion
We were asked what we didn’t like about the property, and honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. This is simply a small suggestion that may be helpful for future guests.
The villa is set up for two people, with two of each item of cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. We had our daughter staying with us, so on occasions we had to share cutlery. It really wasn’t an issue for us, as we ate out most of the time, and I’m sure that if we had asked, the staff would have sorted it immediately.
However, it may be worth having enough cutlery and crockery to match the number of registered occupants, particularly when more than two people are staying.
Definitely not a grumble — just a little suggestion that might make an already wonderful stay even better for future guests.
