The resort looks like a jungle dream! Walking the green way up to your room, the pool or the beach.
The room is also like a place in heaven.
The staff is incredibly friendly and grants you any wish they possibly can.
Honestly, there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

We spent a week at Muang Samui Spa Resort and had a wonderful stay. Although the hotel is not one of the newest properties in the area, it is certainly one of the most unique places to stay in Chaweng. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a lush, almost jungle-like setting full of beautiful tropical vegetation. We personally love the traditional Thai design much more than a modern style, as it gives the hotel a much more authentic feeling and truly makes you feel like you are on vacation in Thailand.
The rooms are large, spacious, and in very good condition. They were always exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful. Housekeeping was also very efficient and usually finished cleaning early in the morning, so whenever we returned to the room in the afternoon, it was already clean and ready for us.
We would also like to give special recognition to the hotel for their kindness and generosity upon our arrival. We originally booked two rooms, one Garden View and one Pool View. When the hotel saw that we were travelling with children, they kindly upgraded both rooms to Pool View rooms and arranged for them to be next to each other. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
We also mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely surprise in our room to mark the occasion. It was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made us very happy and made our celebration even more special.
Although the hotel is not small, it never felt overcrowded or too busy. There are not many sun loungers around the swimming pool, but this was not a problem for us because there are plenty of loungers available on the beautiful beachfront.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and we really enjoyed sitting and having breakfast there every morning. The hotel staff were always polite, professional, and attentive, and it was clear that providing excellent service is important to them.
The only small improvement we would suggest is providing towels for guests to use in the gym.
One point we found disappointing was that access to the spa facilities comes at an additional cost. In our opinion, access to a spa is a fairly standard amenity at a hotel of this level, especially considering that the hotel is not inexpensive. It would be a great gesture to offer guests complimentary access or at least include a limited number of visits during their stay. Since we stayed for an entire week, offering two or three complimentary visits would have been a very nice benefit. Unfortunately, because of the additional cost, we chose not to use the spa at all.
