Both the interior and exterior designs are very eye-catching. The bed is spacious and super comfortable, as are the pillows. On top of that, they offer a pillow menu, which is a great advantage. Cleaning was done daily, and it felt like the job was done properly.
Our biggest issue was the staff. Don’t get me wrong, but some of them are undertrained. When you pay £400+ per night and experience constant issues with the services provided, I think it’s time to review the work of the operations/staff manager
