Everything. The staff are exceptional, courteous, friendly and can’t do enough for you. The breakfast and restaurants are fabulous. Pool area and private beach are relaxing and comfortable.

The location is excellent, with a very private beach (as private as it can be in Thailand). There is a large pool and plenty of sunbeds, so everyone can find a spot. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
It was probably a great hotel 10–20 years ago, but at current prices it no longer offers good value for money. The rooms are in urgent need of renovation ours smelled of sewage, and the drainage didn’t work at first (it was only partially fixed later).
Fish Tales restaurant was also a disappointment for the prices they charge. The food was consistently overcooked, and the cocktails felt poorly made, as if the ingredients were mixed at random. Again, the pricing is very high for the level of quality provided.
