We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
The breakfast was rich, varied, and very high quality. The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, the room was spacious and exactly as described, the pool was large and very clean, and all the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained and well organized.
The hotel restaurant was also excellent throughout the day, with great food and very good service.
Above all, the staff were amazing. We received exceptional service everywhere and at all times, with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. We would especially like to mention Leo, who was absolutely wonderful, professional, warm, and gave us outstanding service during our stay.
There were only a few things we liked less.
The spa is quite expensive, and for that price we expected more complimentary facilities or services, such as a jacuzzi or sauna.
Also, the hotel location is a little remote, and it would have been very helpful if the hotel offered a free shuttle service to central areas such as Chaweng or Fisherman’s Village.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast had a great choice and was open early so if you had a tour planned that picked you up at 7:30am, you could duck down and grab something.
I don't have kids so having the option of the adult quiet pool was great.
If you wanted an all-in-one place to stay, this would be a great option. Everything that you could possible want is here in the resort.
I had read this in previous reviews, this place is very secluded and there's not even a shop close by. Theres no issues with grabbing a cab, but it would have been nice to have something close. It wasn't really an issue though.

Our Garden Pool Villa was comfortable with our small plunge pool. Staff were friendly. The gardens & pool areas were lovely & that view was amazing. Breakfast was included & was plentiful.
Check in needs streamlining. Our room was looking tired, the sliding doors that was our access into the room didn’t close properly. We would not recommend the Garden Pool Villa as it is on the ground floor with a room above & a interconnecting door to another room right next to the bed which is not soundproofed, for our 4 night stay we either had noise from the room next to the bed or noise from children running across the floor above or people moving furniture!! We had an evening meal at the The View Restaurant & the Red Duck Curry, the 4 slices of duck in the curry was so tough I couldn’t even cut through it, I complained but nothing was done & we were still charged, approximately $150Aud for a very average meal.
