Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour

Les petits déjeuners, le personnel à votre disposition. L’hôtel est situé sur une très belle plage. Possibilité de dîner à la fraîche à 15 m de l’eau avec le bruit des vagues et une petite musique d’ambiance

Il n’y a pas assez de transats pour le nombre de clients. C’est toujours la même chose les clients se lèvent très tôt pour monopoliser les places, c’est dommage . Nous avons réglé ce problème en prenant nos serviettes de plage à l’hôtel et nous marchions 50m sur le sable pour aller sur un petit spot équipé lui aussi de transats et à l’abri du soleil soit sous les cocotiers ou bien sous un parasol. Possibilité de rafraîchir avec des boissons fraîches et des plats cuisinés à la Thaïlandaise. Juste à côté vous avez aussi la possibilité de vous faire masser. Enfin bref le pied .

Breakfast and beach location was good- shuttle service was excellent to shopping area.

rooms are very old and small. Smell in the room was not pleasant- shower not powerful for a 5 star hotel and shower water always cold. No chance of having a hot bath, since water never got hot enough. Reception staff insisting that I didn't know how to work the plugs when I asked for a repair to two sockets that didn't work. eventually they came and fixed it. But attitude was terrible.

The view from the room was amazing, breakfast had variety of choices, the restorant is really good, especially the steak 😁. Beach is nice, just as we expected. We loved the gim.

Hotel shold have adult only swimming pool.

Hotel in the best Samui beach

Best Samui beach, great breakfast with variety of food, great accommodations and friendly staff.

I think the hotel should have a free shuttle for the central Samui.

The breakfast is good, a large variety but only seating is outside and even under shade it's very hot. The views are beautiful and all the hotel personnel are very friendly. They clean the room very well.

The facilities need upgrading. The main area of play in the kids club is closed, the pool needs resurfacing. Myself and children kept cutting our feet. The menu is limiting of choice for a long stay. The room is dated, cracks and mold inside bathroom sink. On arrival the hotel manager was extremely rude. My flight was late, bags took over an hour and there was no driver. He said it was my fault for not contacting. It was late at night and I was traveling alone with a 2 year old and 6 year old. I searched for the driver, asked security at airport and ended up getting a taxi. The hotel insisted it was my fault and made me pay. I have never been treated like that before from hotel.

Incredible

The staff were incredible, always going above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. The breakfast was 10/10, such a large variety and definitely something for everyone. The resort was amazing, could not fault it at all. Location is in the quieter area of Samui, perfect for couples and families but only a 10/15 minute taxi ride to main part of Chewang Beach which we did often. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. This trip was one for the books and we will without a doubt be back to stay at the Sheraton Samui!!

Beautiful hotel

The rooms are immaculate. I had a deluxe room which included a sofa area. Really nice. The beach itself is lovely and the surrounding hotel area is beautifully landscaped with two pool areas. The staff are beyond helpful and work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Minimal to zero bugs and critters in the room for Thailand which I appreciated! They also spray stuff once a day on the grounds to kill mosquitoes which was really helpful. There's a helpful 7/11 just opposite the hotel as well as a few restaurants, chemists and cheaper massage parlours. The breakfast is amazing as was the WiFi. Lots of free activities like morning Thai chi, kayaking, beach football, art, cooking classes and activities for kids.

The rest of the food menu wasn't to the standard I thought it would be. Not the worst but expected it to be out of this world for the Sheraton. Minibar was empty. If you are mobility challenged this isn't the place for you as it's on a hill and getting from A to B requires you to be able to manage inclines and lots of stairs (they do have carts to help with luggage etc ..) The location is beautiful and quiet but you need a moped or taxi to get anywhere else so bear this in mind when deciding what kind of holiday you want. Dont recommend it for solo travellers - hard to make friends and not feel like a paraiah when surrounded by couples and families. No other solo travellers or even single people in groups. Wives weren't friendly as a result!

The staff

This is a Con - the room is a 5 minute drive from the pool / beach, which they dont show in the pictures. I also got out of the shower to no towels one day; and I waited 30 minutes miutes to be fetched from dinner to be taken to my room. SHOCKING experience all round! Never again!

pleasant stay with amazing staff but improvements needed on the upkeep of the hotel

the size of the room was good, it had a decent size gym, the talay restaurant was very nice and very good value for money and the staff were wonderful. the breakfast was also really nice and a great selection with an amazing egg station.

the whole place looked very tired and run down-little things in our room like torn curtains, marks on the sheets, marks on the mirrors, old rusty signage, and a pool that looked nothing like the pictures. the hotel needs a makeover as it didn’t feel like a five star hotel.
