The facilities were clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and polite, anticipating guests needs before they were asked, but certainly not overbearing. Our villa was very good size and well equipped with a very nice pool and outside seating area.
Food and beverages were well prepared, fresh and with a good selection.
Nothing. This was a well planned out business with high standards and well trained and very pleasant staff.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, splendid adults pool
There are many families and children at this hotel, so the pool area is loud during the day. The room was also small compared to other hotels we stayed at in Thailand in a similar price range.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.
We were shocked to find that the shower and especially the toilet are completely outdoors.
From the photos it looked like it's only the bathtub or an outdoor shower, but in reality the entire bathroom has no walls.
Even though the "bathroom" is surrounded by the villa’s wall, it’s still right next to the neighboring villas and the street, which felt uncomfortable and not private.
The staff tried to add curtains to help, but it didn’t really solve the issue — the villa design is quite strange and just wasn’t suitable for us.
