The facilities were excellent and the food from all the restaurants was great.
The toilet doesn’t flush very well and keeps the smell a little in the villa. Some staff members were a bit rude at the front desk; like when I was checking out and asking about the deposit plus the room charge that I paid upon checking in. I was trying to clear up my understanding of the remaining amount but the lady at the front desk was quite impatient with me and not very helpful. I had to google some stuff after leaving just to make sure I was not charged twice.
All other staff members were great.

Staff helpfulness and courtesy.
Modern luxurious rooms.
Variety of breakfast buffet.
They claim to have a private beach, which is correct.
The beach is secluded and good for taking nice pictures.
What they don't tell you is that the beach is pretty much useless, because it is rocky and shallow.
We ended up calling a bolt daily to reach Choeng Mon beach, which is good for swimming.
Additionally, it is difficulty to get around because it is on a hillside. You need to call a buggy almost everywhere.

The rooms were comfortable. Grounds well maintained.
Very poor quality food that was overpriced, especially around the pool area .Not what I would expect for this level of hotel of this standard . The breakfast area was unbearable, no aircon , only fans that constantly blew hot air around the room . Moving around the hotel on the golf carts was often very slow . The beach was a huge disappointment, with the hotel only allowing 4 sun beds for the entire hotel , & a large pipe running through the centre of the very limited space.Attention to detail was absent .
