Staff were nice, breakfast was amazing, guilty restaurant was nice etc.
The overall “vibe” with the jungle theme and fire etc was lovely.
Location was great too with a very short walk to coco tams and other higher end establishments. The area felt very different (in a good way) to the rest of the island.
You are paying for service and vibe not facilities. Considering the nightly rate the pool and general activity facilities are well undersized.
Oh and make a proper latte with breakfast not a super auto machine button press c’mon guys.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the Staff makes up for it.

Everything was great at this property! We could just be around the property and still be very happy. The pool was great, loved the breakfast, and did a free yoga class with them. Also enjoyed the spa at the hotel, the Bophut market is within walking distance. Staff is super detail-oriented and caters to every request! Absolutely loved staying here.

Stunning entrance to hotel and other areas like the lotus pond.
Rooms are extremely basic and small with a huge lack of storage space for a couple staying a decent amount of time.
Food variety very limited. No bar as such apart from around the pool. Some beach staff very rude.
