The Four Seasons Resort in Koh Samui is by far the best resort we have ever stayed at.
The location of the resort is in a quiet place of Koh Samui and is situated on a hill in a bay, which guarantees easy access to the beach and stunning views. The prompt buggy service ensures that you are transported to wherever you want to go, as climbing the hills can be rather strenuous in the heat. The villas and residences are build in between the forest, which provides a very tranquil environment with a lot of privacy. The villas come with a lot of space and all the necessary amenities. The facilities (restaurants, bars, spa pool, gym, Muay Thai training ground) are also very modern and the restaurants and bars offer great food and a large range of cocktails for a decent price. What really makes this place is the staff, as they have been incredibly helpful and polite. We have received great personalized service and had nice chats with all the staff and most specifically with Thom, Julia and Pluke. The staff also did special recognition for long stayers, which was very much appreciated.
We will definitely come back in a few years.

The staff here are 100000/10. We have never such such attentive, kind, and amazing service as we did here. The views are gorgeous, the details in the room are out of this world. We had a wonderful stay!!
