The service was perfection. The coordination between members of staff was at a level I have not seen in any hotel/resort before. You can ask something from a random staff member and by the time you get on the buggy and reach your destination another staff member would already know about the request and is ready with an update. The overall service was outstanding, everyone was highly respectful and gracious and attentive to your needs. The restaurants, although few in number, were very high quality and offered delicious food. The location was beautiful with amazing views and the amenities were all beautifully maintained.
Even though this is a minor thing and didn’t really impact our overall stay, the room was starting to show its age in a few places. These were things like slightly stained curtains and lamp shades, few chipped off pieces of wood and marble in and out of the villa. However again this is us being nit picky and it did not detract from our stay at all, just a possible area of improvement.

A benchmark luxury stay, I would say that it was everything it’s meant to be but nothing more than that. If money is not an object for you makes total sense but when assessed against the price tag I would say they could make it more special and add more value to the experience by offering a little more than a standard luxury hotel experience
I feel like they need to add more to the experience for it to be worth the money. The Airbnb I stayed at earlier had better views, as luxurious an interior and at a fraction of the price.

Thai Restaurant has a fantastic view and food is good quality. We had a dinner at Beach Club that had an horrible “ ballroom like” setting and low quality food
Our villa had a patio with no breeze even at night, we had to stay inside all the time to survive the hot.
No way to walk as paths are crowded with golf cards and very steep.
Beach with murky water.
No place to stay during the day if you need to work and want to be outside, I had to beg to have one.
Overpriced. I added some photos of the Beach Club restaurant that was horrible.
