Precio razonable

El personal es amable,el apartamento estaba limpio y era espacioso. Facilidad para el check in aunque llegues fuera de hora. Tienes supermercados cerca aunque son caros valen para una emergencia.

A ciertas horas es difícil aparcar por la zona.

I swam in the pool everyday and sunbathed by the pool bus stop outside taxis at Irish Centre spar supermarket next door

Large rooms and airy you could see the sea from the balcony everything lovely and clean.

Great location for the beach and the Irish centre. The pool area is also a great area to relax in.

Great apartment for fair money.

The apartment has a great loggia with the french window, with the sea view and partially with the mountain view. The apartment was very clean. You can borrow towels and other beach items for nearly no cost. There is an OK wi-fi, with a separate password for each apartment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked the reminders on WhatsApp. The information was clear and timely. The location is approx 25 min walk from Yumbo with only one or two uphills. The location is approx 80 min walk from Beach Kiosko No. 5 on the sand. Alternatively you can take a bus and after a 30 min driving than take a shorter root on the beach to reach that destination. There are much closer areas to both but this one has a great price. It's not noisy to sleep because the sleeping room windows are all turned the opposite direction from Yumbo. So if you like peace while sleeping, I guess it's a great place. The neighbors were not bothering at all. There is a supermarket directly at the apartment entrance. Behind the apartment there is an access to a regular beach and some well-priced restaurants, as well as to the airport-bus stop (other busses stop directly in front of the apartment, the stop has a name of a neighboring large hotel "Escorial"). The pool is there too but who needs a pool when you have such a great clean ocean?

Worn-up water taps, shower and toilet assemblies resulting in a non-constant water pressure - the hard water on the island makes it a real trouble for the hotel. Relatively small pillows. The check-out times could be a bit longer (for example, till 12:00 - that is what many competitors on the island offer).

Excellent apartments WiFi great cleaners great only one minor detail preventing top marks .the lack of a washing machine in individual apartments ..location decent .quiet not to near the centre .deckchair no problem .definitely consider booking again

Good location, friendly staff. Spacious apartment.

The staff is often not in office. Had to wait 5-10 minutes during check in until someone opened the door. It seems to be a general issue in the Canaries, but the apartment wasn't too well equipped. In other countries there is usually a hair dryer,, water cooker, salt, pepper, sugar, tea and some other basics.. Here those things are often missing, including Apartmentos Calma.

We arrived in the middle of the night, but there was still somebody at the reception to welcome us. Overall the staff was nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time.

Calma excellent apartment

Excellent location and great facilities. Apartment had everything you needed. Excellent price even had a library in reception where you can borrow books Very clean and comfy beds. Apartment was very big. Nice pool area too

The property has all facilities you need, kitchenette so you can cook, You can rent beach towels or you can wash your clothes for a small extra fee, you can also ask them for iron or hairdryer and they will provide them to you. The entire place is well maintained and cleaned properly, also the rooms are cleaned twice a week and towels are changed. We love this place as it is not located in a very crowded area and you can have a nice walk (15-20 min) to Yumbo. supermarket is at 2 minutes, there is even a Gym nearby (200 m) if you wanna train in the morning. They offer a 7 days membership for 30 EUR for tourists. The property staff is always there to help and if not, they are available on WhatsApp and the answer comes fast. Is the second time we come and I can see they worked on improving their services.

- We liked everything, they really pay attention to your needs, you just have to ask. Downstairs there are garbage selection containers and maybe would be nice to also have in the room a trashcan that has different compartments so you can separate the organic from plastic and paper.

kitchen very basic, no oven (except microwave), no washing machine, no kettle (although we got one after asking reception).

Great location and good value for money, WIFI to be improved.

Location, cleaning service is great, very friendly staff and cares about the guests to make their stay comfortable.

Wifi connection was quite poor.

Very good

Good location, big room and free parking on the street nearby, suited well for our family of three, good access with baby stroller and also the host provided us with a baby cot and also a baby bath and feeding chair.

The sound of the neighboring rooms is well heard through the walls

Normal for that price.......

Good WiFi; good location; helpful staff; good cleaning service. Tip: air conditioner works then balcony door closed!!!

First floor "garden view", very thin walls; dim light in rooms; in kitchen not: water heater, kichen paper, wine opener..etc..; the mattresses were very tired

March week in the sunshine

Apts were close to beach, restaurants and bars and the promenade walk. Though a long walk down stairs to access beach and up. Not good for those with walking difficulties. Lift about 1/2km walk down the promenade. Apartment staff very welcoming,helpful and friendly and we had a very comfortable apartment. Bed comfortable. Kitchen area satisfactory. There is a toaster but no kettle but we used a pan to boil water. Take plastic mugs if you want large hot drinks as the cups are small. Use bottled water as tap has a bad taste. There was a nice balcony to sunbathe in afternoon sun. Apartments cleaned daily 5 times a week. Spotless. Very quiet apts and no noise. There’s a lift bonus. Swimming pool and sun beds good. Spa shop 2 mins walk. Bus station 3 mins walk. To Airport and rest of island links. We would definitely come to this apartment complex again and especially liked this area of Playa del Ingles.

Great Location

Location, close to supermarket, beach and bus station. Far enough away from clubs and pubs so not to be disturbed. Big apartment with kitchen and good wifi. Staff friendly and efficient at there jobs, printed my Passenger locator form easily and for free.

Don't really want to criticise anything. If I was pushed I suppose the design of the pool area looked a bit dated but it didn't bother me.

Could have been so good but just too noisy

Clean, great location, supermarket next door, airport bus stops outside, beach promenade, bus station and taxi rank around the corner, spacious apartment

Unfortunately the fundamental construction of the building is flawed as it has no noise insulation. You can hear everything (walking, talking, doors opening and closing, phone beeping, TV etc) from neighbouring apartments whether you want to our not. It's such a shame as otherwise a great little place.
