The hotel is very good positioned, in the city centre of Marina di Massa. The stuff was very cute and polite, the hotel is very nice, the breakfast was excellent.
We took a small budget room, so it was really small, but just for sleeping very good value for money.

It has a retro vibe, but all the staff members we met were acting very nicely, and helpful.
Breakfast had great selection, not just standard italian sweet breakfast, but some savoury treats, including a tasy fresh focaccia with local ham and cheese, so I think it is a bonus point to the service.
Facilities including in the bathroom, the door and windows, are dated. Big pieces of furniture takes up a lot of available space.

It was a great stay in an Italian holiday resort in a typical hotel with acceptable standards,
A very good breakfast.
The bathroom was small and a little tired.
