An excellent location as we walked from the airport (we could see the private jet 'car park' from our window) and really close to the train station as our main reason for visiting was to have a day in Monaco so this was really easy from here. We paid to have the breakfast which was tasty and plentiful and the staff were very patient when we tried our pidgin French 😁
The room was very small, but luckily I'd already read the reviews about it (and the fact that you can't have the toilet and the shower room door closed at the same time). If you're prepared for it and accept it as part of the charm and value for money, it's fine.

Located near airport and right on the front
Not much - it’s what used to be formula 1 so you know what to expect. No room to swing a cat, but friendly staff and clean and comfortable

Front desk staff were nice.
The reception area was filthy. Stains on the couch …didn’t look clean like pics.
