A very good option for those who prefer staying at a budget-friendly accommodation and spending more for food and entertainment (like we did :) ) The staff at the reception desk were responsive, polite and friendly before our trip and on the check-in day (so, it was stress-free for us running a bit late). It's just a 20-min bus ride from the city center; Lidl is less than 10-min slow walk from the accomodaiton; the nearest bus stop is just across the street. You can cook in the room as you've got plenty of stuff for that. Also, we had a plenty of shelves, cabinets and an extension table.
The position of some outlets across the room makes you brainstorm how to plug in your devices and the room appliances. Also, a big drawback for me was the black mould in the shower. A bit hot in the room, though we weren't surprised as we had been informed in advance by the staff that we'd have only a ventilator in the room.

Good parking for my car was available with plenty of spaces, with an elevator to my floor.
It was clean and modern enough.
I could checkin during night hours as well, since my keys were put in a locker with a code.
The checking information (keys with a locker) could have been given earlier since I had to ask for this mulitple times. But the same day I received the code for opening the locker.

The location was convenient and well connected to the city center and public transportation. The room was clean, and the self-check-in process was straightforward. The surrounding area was pleasant and close to essential services.
The internet connection did not work for the first two days of my stay, and the issue was not resolved despite being reported. As I was in Nice for a conference and had important research deadlines and submissions, this caused significant difficulties and disrupted my work. Reliable internet was an essential service for my stay, and the lack of a timely solution was very disappointing.
