Robot delivery from front desk to your room! made all the meituan and Taobao loots much much easier. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Well renovated . Good water pressure and bathtub for kiddos. Good view. Good stay for families . Suitable for elderly and kids. Ramps are available at hotel front lobby
There isn’t like proper pedestrian roads from front lobby to the malls. We’re at the back of taikoo hui mall so you have to jaywalk to go taikoo hui. And it’s a pretty long walk to grandview mall although it’s a nice stroll . If have many young kids , not so easy unless they all can walk properly by themselves or be strapped to stroller. It’s also quite crowded and not super stroller friendly. So for young toddlers, not as easy walk to get to grandview but it’s doable and is an experience.

Good location,spacious rooms
Old floors,dirty with urgent need for refurbishment, bad smell on the corridors because of the old carpet on the floor.
Breakfast very poor and repetitive,no new entries.
