The location
False advertising. It was not the Four Seasons Marriott

It was very close to the Caton fair, just across the road.
It was hard to find, reception was in an unappealing basement, it took half an hour to check in, we asked if we could be put near to each other, ( weeks before) we were put in separate towers 31st foot and 11th floor, my aircon wasn’t very cold. The hallways walking to the rooms were marked chipped and dirty. They were individually owned apartments, no fridge to keep drinks cold. There were nice textured panels on the wall however they had painted the ceiling and dripped paint all over the panels, the neighbours came in and out the apartment next door 8 times between 11:45pm and 12:30am, really loud, squeaking shoes talking and banging the door. It felt like an overpriced dorm room.
