Room was large, clean and comfortable. Safe and fridge in room. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location less than 15mins walk from the Town Square. We were given extra time on check out when requested which was terrific as our flight home was not until late at night.
I knew there was no aircon on booking, a fan was provided which was adequate however we couldnt open the windows. I would have liked to have been able to open our windows while we were out during the day. The bathroom was large but the shower was very small and there were no shelves, bathroom cabinet or soap dish to store or hold cosmetics and our own shower items. Sockets were very sporadically placed and only one was located next to the bed.

Location near florenc and the best part of town in my opinion. Nice bakery in the foyer.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They addressed an issue I had in the room very quickly. The room was clean and as shown in the picture. Good value for money and a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Excellent location, close to all the main attractions and public transport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean.
The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, so they can get quite hot during the summer. It can also be a bit noisy because of the nearby tram line.
