Ultimo Mulino Country Hotel

We stayed at the new location and the pool had an incredible view. The breakfast was pretty good

The air-conditioning did not work and we were there in August when it was at least 35°C every day and humid. When I requested another room, I was told the entire facility air-conditioning is down. After asking again, I was told another building had air air-conditioning and was able to transfer to another room. The room was nice, however, the air air-conditioning was very weak and the room temperature did not get below 25°C, which is still quite warm. The location is nice in terms of being close to a very cute little town that had really good food. However, sitting by the pool there were flies everywhere and I think that’s because we were in the country.

Lovely location; high quality accommodation; good food and wine; very pleasant staff.

The infinity pool was in need of a clean of the liner and general loose dirt from daily use. The whole point of an infinity pool is to see the landscape, so erecting a fence and growing bushes at the pool edge is a bizarre choice. High quality air con system, but seemed unable to keep temp down at max setting in duplex noci room. Properties like this that market themselves on wellness and peacefulness really ought to be adults-only!

Secluded location

Staff a little brusque but friendly. Full of character but initially come over as quite overpowering.
