The hotel itself was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival were very nice. The toilet in our room leaked when we arrived, when we spoke to the staff they were helpful and offered us a different room to stay in which we accepted.
The price seemed a lot for what it was. The room was pleasant enough but small and the beds felt very small also, only one pillow was provided. Although there was water and crisps provided, there was no tea or coffee facilities which I would expect for the price paid. We paid £600 for 2 nights in a twin room which you would expect a little more than travel lodge which we did feel was a fair comparison.
