The location was great and the hotel was fairly clean and tidy.
The toilet was not the best.

Location was good! Walking distance to the bus stop that goes to Milano central , as well as metro to go to the Duomo! Lots of shopping just around the corner. Staff very helpful!

20 minutes walk to central train station. Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. They stored our bags before check in and after check out. The shower was powerful. There was a mini fridge in the room. They provided a cot for our baby.
The bed was uncomfortable. A small kettle in the room would have been helpful to make up the baby’s food, but I guess it’s not provided so you buy hot drinks from the bar downstairs. We had to open a window to cool the room down (in Feb).
