The room was lovely - spacious with an amazing bed. We were on 10th floor so not bothered by sirens etc. The breakfast was superb with everything from fresh fruit, bacon and eggs plus many many pastries.
Nothing that the hotel can do about it but there were a number of unsavoury characters from other countries on the streets.. As an elderly couple we didn't venture out at night so it wasn't a problem for us but such a shame that this is happening in such a great location. We felt completely safe in the hotel and the young people were super helpful with our questions regarding what to see, where to go and how to get there.

From the first moment the staff made our stay comfortable. Hotel is well placed for both the local metro and the central station, I would definitely recommend

Location worked very well for us as we were doing train trips from Centrale. Good public transport links
All the croissants had sugar on!
I thought the beer at the Rooftop was just a little pricey for what it was. Good range of craft bottles which I liked, but at 12 euro I was only ever going to have one

The staff were helpful.
The fact that there was no iron on the premises -I found that bizarre .. never have I ever had that situation . Spoilt the stay - had to use laundry service and slapped with a hefty bill . Was told they don’t keep iron on premises for security reasons- shocked at a 4 Stars hotel. The bath was dirty and the shower did not work properly - water leaking through cable of shower instead of the head. Could not even shower properly.
No milk provided, no complimentary water - would expect that from a 4 star hotel. Minimal toiletries. Breakfast was very disappointing .
