The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful even offering an umbrella one evening when there was a sudden thunderstorm. The hotel is within walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and to one of the main shopping districts in the city. The only negatives were the incense smell in the lobby was a little overwhelming and when walking to/from Milano Centrale at times that walk can be a little sketchy.
Overall though I recommend this hotel especially if being close to the main train station is important to you.

Many shops and markets all around the area . Metro and train and bus station within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend

Location was great for us, within a ten minute walk to central station (if that), the hotel was fabulous, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was nice. Only downside for us was having no tea / coffee facilities in the room but this was my oversight when I booked the standard as I wanted a balcony. Staff did inform us we could use the kettle in the cupboard near reception for early breakfast which was helpful.
